To dearest Phillip, Myself and Ren were really shocked and saddened by what happen to you, I don't know if you can read what I'm typing now so here it goes anyways.. When I decided that I wanted to return back to Taiwan after 22 years in New Zealand, it's been about 4 years already. I met you from my job interview with Audi Taiwan, where I remember vividly I didn't even know who my future boss was, it was you. You also obviously saw the potential in me that I didn't even know I had myself.. You even went through all the challenges and troubles trying to develop me into a Technical Trainer, when I told you that I couldn't do it you still tried to push and steer me into the right direction and now I'm a Audi certified trainer, I can't thank you enough for that. Working with you was an excellent experience and I would have not the slightest doubt to vote you for the number 1 manager that I have ever worked with throughout my working carreer. You are a true Audi ambassador which I have learnt a great deal from you throughout these years, and you always knew your stuff with Audi's, you know how to keep our small close knit team working in smooth harmony and showed much care for each and everyone of us even after work. After you left everything has changed, you have really shown us what a proper "Technical Manager" should be like. I can never forget all the times we spent together on and off work, where we rode and rode around the Kou Samui island all day long throughout the trip, and kind BBQ dinner gatherings that you offered us, karting, weekend scooter rides, motorbike hunting in Taiwan, movies we have seen and watched together, chit chat and small talks about life and work, and the times we all spent doing all that with Anja and Anna. Phillip, you are also a man of your words, when I told you last year that I'm planning on getting married this year in May, you congradulated warmly and told me you/Anja/Anna wouldn't want to miss it and will attend no matter what. Although knowing that you and family are still busy settling into the new position in GuangZhou you guys still flew all the way to attend me and Ren's wedding, and have Anna being our little flower girl. Phillip, thank you for being my mentor and your help and support throughout short few years at work, thank you for your friendship we both regard you as our close family in Taiwan. Thank you doesn't even express how we feel right now.. We knew that you love motorbike riding and flying, at least you went by doing one of the things you love doing. You will be sorely missed by myself and Ren, ex colleagues and friends here in Taiwan, our sincere condolences to Anja/Anna and both of your families, what a loss it must have been for you all... Anja and Anna, please be strong and take good care of yourselves, we really do not know what else to say or what help we can possibly offer but one thing for sure is that we truely feel your pain and sorrow, we will miss the big guy all the same.. Goodbye Phillip, you will always be in our heart and never be forgotten! From: Dennis Chou (Taiwan)
